With more than 45 years of ministry experience, Mike Osborne brings a broad range of ministry, leadership, organizational, and business experience to helping churches.

His experience includes:

• Pastoral Ministry — Pastoring churches of various sizes—from small congregations to larger churches—and later serving as Executive Pastor of a church with more than 2,500 in attendance.

• Evangelism & Preaching — Leading an evangelistic association for more than a dozen years and preaching on four continents.

• Churches of All Sizes — Working with church plants, growing churches, established congregations, and traditional churches facing the need for revitalization.

• Business Experience — Working in the building industry and serving as an accountant and CFO before entering vocational ministry.

• Teaching & Consulting — Extensive experience preaching, teaching, developing church leaders, and working with pastors and churches, along with certification as a Church Consultant.

From small congregations to large, multi-staff churches, Mike understands that every church is different and every season brings its own opportunities and challenges.

That experience provides a practical perspective for helping pastors and church leaders identify what matters most and determine the best way forward.
